clearance sale at Gap.com

I hardly have time to shop argh! But I am aching for one! The closest I could is online shopping. I checked out my ever favorite gap.com and wowowow what a treat, they're on clearance sale!

I like, I like! I guess the Manolo Blahniks will have to wait till my 40s hee. For now, let me enjoy these cheap finds from Gap!

not!

Eventhough I love the LV Brand, I think these shoes are too much for me (as if afford ko!). But even if I can afford these, I won't be caught wearing them. These shoes will definitely fall into my category of brands-screaming-stuff-and-therefore-not-my-type. I swear (I use this word so much!) I'd die being so conscious wearing these. But, I bet they must be really comfortable to hump in. Don't you think?

Louis Vuitton Primrose Open-Toe Wedge Pump

LIME tag.

This ain't no meme LOL! Anyways, I just want to share with every shoeholic out there that Piperlime is on sale. A huge 50% slash discount. I browsed the sale site and there were quite good finds and prices we're marked down all the way! You'll be very surprised that your designer shoes wish are cheaper than a pair of crocs. No Kidding. Check it out NOW! Ang bilis lang mawala ng mga stocks and designs. As for me, I think I'm getting this Gola Chorus and Nine West Jobilyn gladiator sandals. Huwaw! (I am still thinking about it though, dami kailangan i-prioritize! hay naku good deal na sana.)

havis on SATC

Got this from the havaianasPH newsletter: ( i tell you, ngayon pa lang nauuso ang havaianas dito at ang mahal pa ha!)

Apart from their impeccable fashion sense and eclectic style, Carrie, Samantha,
Charlotte and Miranda have much in common with Havaianas: their love for all
things fun, functional, and fashionable. And there’s nothing like an endorsement
from the fabulous foursome of HBO’s Sex and the City to seal a fashion staple’s
style status: check out Park Avenue Princess Charlotte York, played by actress
Kristin Davis, at the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week toting the Havaianas “Candy” ad in her hands.

The “Candy” ad campaign was created by Brazilian agency AlmapBBDO especially for the United States. Its special appearance on the big screen version of Sex and the City pleasantly surprised both the agency and Havaianas brand executives.

Malindi not!

Just when it is the right time to buy the Crocs Malindi I have been patiently waiting for because previously, the Turquoise color doesn't have my size and now, there is no Turquoise available in any size! I guess it isn't for me after all.

Nevertheless, I'd like to spread the word that there are a lot of other online shops going on sale until the 4th of July weekend. So check them out. And happy 4th of July everyone!

YOU by crocs

Aha! Another Crocs discovery hee! Did you know that originally, CROCS was intended as a boating and outdoor shoe because of its slip-resistant non-marking sole? Well, I guess the inventor of this footwear is a genius because the brand became a popular footwear for all classes and all age range in 3 years!
In June 2007, they made some fashionable brand called YOU by crocs for those who hate the boat-shaped original crocs line. Here are some of my favorite You by crocs shoes which claimed to depict fashion and comfort. Mind you, the prices are more than triple of the original Crocs line.

How was your Mother's day celebration? Mine was gloomy and lazy. The weather's been very bad! All that Hubby, the little boy and I did was laze around in the bedroom save for the family dinner we had to recap our Mother's Day celebration. There is a total of 5 mothers in my hubby's family here and all of them are in the 50's up. I was the only young mom, so just imagine the mommies talk LOL! We received some little goodies from the young ones and the dinner did stuff me really bad, hay naku sira ang diet!

While waiting for everyone to start dinner, I did some window online shopping, my favorite pastime these days. I am almost going to get myself a Crocs Malindi in Turquoise but there weren't any size 6! Hahahah! It was truly a blessing in disguise because if there was a size 6 and I pressed the purchase button, oh no! It will end up to be an impulsive online purchase again! Tsk tsk very bad me!

I visited Bagsbuy.com for the 1st time, Shoebuy's sister company. And I am drooling and contemplating on getting this The Sak ashbury linen shopper bag in white trim. Truly a beauty! Another sizzling Spring temptation! I am also becoming a wise online shopper by comparing prices and I was surprised to find some nice finds and cheaper prices at Piperlime.com. The hottest items in this website are the Gladiator Sandals and here are my picks!

So before you make any purchase, make sure to compare prices. If you thought Shoebuy.com will give you the cheapest prices, check the items with Endless.com and Piperlime too. Happy shopping!

drooling ENDLESSly @ endless.com

Because of Mel's comment HERE, I have been endlessly online windowshopping at Endless.com. They have more designs and they carry more brands than Shoebuy. Though, Shoebuy still has lower prices and more discounts. Here are some of my top choices, I only chose the one I could possibly afford in the future and could really use with a toddler in tow. I have a thing for almost bare flat sandals, because my feet are so payat but unfortunately veinous. Yikes! Salivating ayayay!

When I got here, I only had to bring a few pairs of shoes mostly closed, flats and sneakers worse they only comprise 1/4 of my shoes cabinet. My flight was bounded on Autumn and then came Winter. It was too hard to choose stuff (including my son's) that would fit only on 4 big luggages tsk tsk. My mom was supposed to have a vacay on Spring but she had to attend to our house renovation so most likely she will come with my dad on the last quarter of this year, that's Winter time again. She was the the one who insisted that I leave 3/4 of my shoes and all of my flipflops because I won't be able to wear them for the 1st 6 months, it's true. But then again, it's Springtime now and I miss my shoes, mostly my sandals. I was grateful that I was able to sneak in 3 Havis other than that I have 3 boots (winterish) and my collection of Crocs. A Tita who is visiting the Philippines will most likely agree to bring ONLY my black Naturalizer sandals and polka-dotted green Celine Clogs, she will come back here on July. The rest, I have to wait for my mom's arrival. Nakakahiya naman kasi.

Why not buy here? You may ask. It's just that I love shoes back home, they have more styles and are a lot cheaper. Not counting the more expensive brands here which obviously I cannot afford at the moment save for a couple of Nine West. I MISS CMG. I MISS CELINE. period.

I have been whining to hubby that I needed sandals so badly especially when going to school because it's not proper to keep wearing crocs on a semi-business attire and I am getting bored and warm wearing my boots. He finally agreed to get me a pair of Naturalizer sandals provided I get him this too: LOL!

And so, I obliged and we shopped for his crocs all terrain at SHOEBUY this morning. Shoe buy is my favorite online shoe store because of its no shipping and no tax fee factors. He got me this Naturalizer sandals as his Mother's Day gift and that crocs above is my advance Father's day gift for him. Quits na kami!

Fortunately, Shoebuy is currently running a Mother's Day 20% off promo not counting the 10-65% off on their shoes tags. There are a lot of brands to choose from. Lucky me, I am only a Crocs, Naturalizer and Aerosoles fanatic. When buying shoes, I go for durability and comfort then lastly, style. I only shop shoes from Naturalizer and Aerosoles, both tried and tested despite their limited designs plus the my ever favorite local brands CMG and Celine. Imagine my delight, when Naturalizer and Aerosoles came up with these new fashionable designs that suit my taste. I hope they stay on stock until I have the moolah for more shoes shopping spree! Hay hay hay! Add these shoes to my to buy list.

SHOEBUY anniversary sale!!!

If you have been buying shoes from SHOEBUY.COM and is a registered member, you should have gotten this EMAIL EXCLUSIVE 20% off discount from them. Don't ignore it as the sale is unbelievable. Some shoes have been pre-discounted from 7-15% add this 20% more discount, you'll have almost 40% off your checkout rate plus don't forget that they don't add shipping rates and tax! I don't have budget for my own shoes now, but I am getting my son a Crocs Disney Cayman, I am still confused which color to choose, though.

But then again, these wedgies from Naturalizer are so irresistable for Springtime. Sigh sigh.

unCROCS?

Thanks for the heads up MEL. I am a certified Crocs lover but for the 1st time, I didn't like a croc stuff! Bakit bakit? Kelangan ba talaga??? According to this Shoewawa.com article:

Brace yourselves, people. You may have hoped that the Crocs craze was dying a slow death (how much longer can people think plastic shoes are stylish, after all?) but this week our sister site, Shiny Shiny, brings us tidings of the Crocs mobile phone case: where will this madness end?
As you can see from the image, the case is basically a Croc for your phone. It comes complete with "heel strap", to keep the phone safe, and can even be accessorised with 'Jibbitz' charms, just like the real thing. There's also a panel at the back which you can use to store your credit cards and important documents, showing that, just like the shoes, the Croc phone case is useful, but not remotely stylish.
It'll be available soon in Europe only, and will cost £6.95.

HAVAIANAS on OSCARS 2008

Have you read this? My friend, VAL and I have been following yearly what's inside the famous OSCARS lootbag! And see what's inside the most coveted basket for consecutive 6 years: (i am a true blue havis lover, but i don't see putting one of these flipflops very Oscars heee! but with the swarovski crystals!, why not?) I can't wait for springtime so I could start sporting my havis with a blousy dress.

As reported by Havaianas:

For the 6th consecutive year, Havaianas has the honor of being included in the much-coveted Oscar Basket—a choice set of premium items given to Academy Award nominees.
Featuring styles (developed by ALMAPBBDO) exclusively for the award’s 80th run, this year’s pair showcases the Havaianas Slim Crystal Mesh in gold, embellished with Swarovski crystals by artisans from the Brazilian state of Paraiba for women and the understated Top Metalic in gold for men.
Among this year’s recipients are actors George Clooney, Daniel Day Lewis, Javier Bardem, Cate Blanchett, Marion Cotillard and Ruby Dee; as well as directors Jason Reitman and Ethan and Joel Cohen.
The celebrated Brazilian flip-flops, which were initially seen among internationally known South American models, continue to grace numerous celebrity feet on the walk of fame. And today, as a regular wardrobe staple, the brand’s aesthetic underscores the simple glamour that only Havaianas can provide.
Havaianas is available in All Flip-Flops, Celio, Chocolate Clothing Co., Gas, J&S Surfshop, Moana, Nail Spa, Rustans, ROX, Sepatu, Stoked, The Zone, Orange Juice and Kidsports. For provincial outlets, visit
www.havaianasphilippines.com.

buy shoes at shoe buy

I super highly mega recommend Shoebuy.com. Today, my Crocs orders arrived after exactly 2 days of online request. And remember, there is no shipping charges nor taxes added on your orders. I am one happy crocs addict! The grape Alice Crocs is a must-have shoe for every purple lover, a very very fashion statement staple shoe! The picture don't give justice to it's real color, it's almost like eggplant violet in color.

just because.

I haven't really bought anything for myself from all the paidblogging earnings. Everything goes to some bank accounts. But because of Abie's comment entry HERE, I checked out shoebuy.com and oh boy! The crocs prices were really low there as compared to the mall's and there were absolutely no tax nor shipping charges! So, I pampered myself and ordered these right away together with my grape alice crocs.

Prima Crocs has been my staple shoe during make-up gigs back home.

I'm not really into Cayman Crocs as I find them unflattering on my feet. Mary Jane is the closest thing to that and I could borrow some of hubby's Jibbitz! He also is a Crocs addict and he uses it at work LOL.

the most comfy brand of walking shoes

Next in line in my Crocs to-buy list. Perfect Alice Crocs in Grape!

the Burch fever

Tory Burch has always fascinated me eversince I watched her interview at Martha Stewart show. Marth S. was wearing one of these. Since, I'm such a sucker for flats eversince I became a mother, I got so obssessed with this. It's a comfy one! and a very classic piece.

Tory Burch style is inspired by her favorite era, 1960s-1970s. Very classic, timeless with a modern twist. Mostly her tops and dresses have bold and graphic prints. A little bit of vintage and ethnic. Which I really really like, I am no plain jane top shirt kind of girl. Hee! My bestfriend, Tet and I are exact opposites. She loves plain tops, I wanted them with bold and dainty prints.

I love her bag collection too and these are my current favorites. DROOL some more heheh!

OH MY SHOES! (top picks!)

what i like about facebook is i get to own stuff i can't afford at the moment.

DROOL! can't get enough of it! (i'm really into boots, flats and sneakers lately)
(will post labels later...)
