clearance sale at Gap.com

I hardly have time to shop argh! But I am aching for one! The closest I could is online shopping. I checked out my ever favorite gap.com and wowowow what a treat, they're on clearance sale!

I like, I like! I guess the Manolo Blahniks will have to wait till my 40s hee. For now, let me enjoy these cheap finds from Gap!

ultra-light feminine tops

I was telling hubby how much I miss shopping! After having chatted with my Mom and she raving to me the good finds she got from shopping the other day, I realized I haven't really shopped for myself for quite a long time now. Because, even if I do, I just can't see any occassion where I will wear my shopping finds. We rarely go out and if we do, I just need to put on a shorts, capri or a nice plaid cut-offs and some plain top. But, let's see what I can grab from GAP online, of course. Online shopping is my best preferred shopping method these days. Ain't they all summerish? I like I want I gotta have!

Lot 8 Boutique.

Do you remember her? Yes, she's the Chloe Dao of Project Runway 2 Big Winner. From all the designers who joined or won Project Runway, she's the only designer whom clothes I would wear. It depicts my feminine taste of clothing and her styles are very classic too, not too loud, not too designerish. I chanced upon her online store, called Lot 8. She has a shop and a salon in Houston and is planning to expand in the bigger cities of New York and L.A. Here are my current picks from her collections (I just wish I have the body for these clothes!!!), though her site seems not to be updated. But, nevertheless, it's worth your visit.

GAP's 3rd European Limited Edition

People at school are dressing up for our class, not actually for the class perse but more of they're semi business-like dress-styled as most of them came from work. So, I had to make a wee bit of effort in dressing up. Afterall, we are trained to be thinking like managers and dressing up like one won't hurt. While looking for some coats and jackets in the net, these are what I found. Very very nice. Very very Limited Gap's European Collection.

purple ring dress

I was so in awe on this Narciso Rodriguez Purple Runway Ring Dress. You should check out the site for the back details, super IT dress! For some reasons, I cannot savethe photo of the back details. It sooo pretty and very fresh. I would want to have one but I guess I have to work on flattening my belly first LOL! Nope, I'm not buying one as it costs almost $2k!!! I might as well have tita yolly copy this for me, may suking mananahi, that is if I was back home huhuhu!

back to school wardrobe by MJ

I remembered my mom during my younger years, she had this catalog filled with children's dresses and carefully chose my every piano recital wardrobe. We would go to the mananahi together and had my new dress made by her suking mananahi. I was always excited and delighted as I had very unique dress in every piano recital. I remembered her favorite styles for me was a reminiscent of the retro look, the above the knee dress, the empire cut and styled with a big bow or flower. I miss those days!

I was flipping some Marc by Marc Jacobs Dresses and Eyelove his Primary School Retro-Inspired Runway Collection. Here are my eye candies from that collection:

Button Front Knit Blouse
Jacquard Clover Dress
patent pea coat
Alessandra Bow Dress
Mayfair Squares Dress
Wild Cherry Silk blouse

bebe tops

My friends know that I would rather spend money on tops, blouses and shirts rather than shoes and bags. I love them and I wouldn't want to be caught wearing the same top very often. I used to love printed tops from the dainty to the loud ones. My bestfriend and I are opposites, she loves wearing plains, I want them in prints. But as I matured, I guess my taste of clothing has also tamed down a little and my love for plain and simpler styles have evolved. Since I can't sleep because of this post-valentine lovers, I might as well spend my time window-site-shopping at my favorite tops store: BEBE!!!. I know they're a bit expensive as compared to Forever 21 or Charlotte Russe where nice tops can also be found, but I love bebe for their very unique designs and very flatterring fit. Here are my current top eye-candies: A collection of caftan, halter, kimono, strapless, corset and embellished tops. GANDA NOH!
