I used to say that I can't wait for 2010 to come but now that we are on the 2nd to the last month of the Year, I feel like time is passing by so fast. Can you believe it that 2009 is almost over. While one of my goals this year is how to lose belly fat, still here I am trying to figure out how to do that. Tsk tsk. I have started back my no-rice diet and I hope I lose the lbs I gain since my folks came.How is your week so far? It's getting colder (and darker) each day and I hope we get to hop on to more trips before Winter finally sets in.

- Lose yourself in cooking something delectable.
- Stay in your pajamas as long as possible this Saturday.
