
I am as excited to answer this week's 10 on Tuesday and next week's as well. Might do both this week, or later :).
Anyhow for this week, here's my take:
10 Ways you (I) Can Make your Life Better
- Wake up early and have a quiet/alone time.
- Start your day with a prayer or reading a bible passage while listening to some soulful music. In this way, you are able to relax before you thrive yet another busy day.
- Spread goodwill, good thoughts, speak kindly.
- If you encounter a mistake, a bad experience or a hurtful relationship, pause and tell yourself: I Won't Let THIS take away my peace. And then smile.
- Play with your kids as if you were their age too.
- Indulge in some shopping spree from time to time. Reward yourself with a bag, perfume, cosmetics or a pair of Beautifeel shoes.
- Exercise, exercise, move and move! Let me remind you of the famous line of ELLEN from Legally Blonde: Elle: I just don't think that Brooke could've done this. Exercise gives you endorphins. Endorphins make you happy. Happy people just don't shoot their husbands, they just don't.
- Keep a journal and write everyday.
- Declutter! Declutter!
- End your day with a quiet time with your spouse/partner. (whatever you mean by quiet time hee hee)

I love the idea to play with the kids as if you were their age! Actually, these are all great ideas.
