the search for my 2009 planner ends.

I collect notebooks, that is an understatement. Notebooks that I have never touched.
Probably, this is an extension of my stationaries collection way back in gradeschool.

Until I learned the power of having a planner. I was not really huge when it comes to utilizing my planner until we moved here and I became a SAHM well WAHM err SWAHM (stay-at-home and student mom and part-time working mom lol). I have them every year as I collect the Starbucks Journal, not to mention the journals I received as Christmas gifts.

I am pretty excited about my 2009 as I know a lot is in store for me and my family, as if my/our 2008 wasn't that exciting and adventurous teehee. So, as early as last month, I was searching for my perfect 2009 planner. Every mall trip would mean a stop at Borders and check out their crazy beautifully-designed journals. Until I saw this: 'The' Belle de Jour Power Planner 2009. What I love about this is that it is customized for busy women. It is sort of a Kikay/Simpler Version of my Franklin Covey planner which I never used because it was so matrabaho. Let's look at the inside pages.

It even has the menstrual tracker :). They have freebies/coupons which of course did not matter to me as I won't be able to use them here.

I immediately emailed them and pre-ordered my Journal. Candace Lim was quick to reply and this planner cost P598 only :). However, I have to cover my US shipping. It's okay as I covered my Starbucks journal shipping as well.

However, I am so intrigued by the Moleskine notebook/planner craze and will get myself this ruled and plain volant notebooks as my blogging and doodle notebook. The Moleskine is an Italian acid-free paper journal/notebook which has been used by Vincent Van Gogh. I was expecting it to be highly-priced but when I checked Amazon, this red and pink notebooks were priced from $6-8 only :). The hardbound planners are priced $12-18.

This ends my 2009 planner search. What's yours?

Pareho tayo I also collect notebooks,I buy them and just store them inside my cabine...hindi ko din alam kung bakit sobrang attracted ako with notebooks na kakaiba, some nga ginawa ko ng journal, yung isa sinulatan ko ng mga quotes or text messages..yung isa nilagyan ko ng mga pictures that represents my goals every year

Em!!! OMG. I just received a BDJ planner from my high school friend. I absolutely had no idea what it is. Obvious ba na I haven't been reading this blog? ;-) It's perfect!! I couldn't thank my friend enough for giving it to me as a birthday gift. Bumili pa naman ako ng Moleskine. Now what will I do with it? Panreregalo ko na lang siguro. I do have my Starbucks planner na. I use that as my journal/diary. Miss you dear!
