boating under the influence.
I did not know that Boating Operating Under the Influence is really a serious matter until I watch that video above. The boater may think that he or she may harm themselves only but the marine life is gravely being harmed too. If you are a boater, make sure to take responsibility and do not operate your boats under the influence.
