skin bumps

I hate how winter gravely affected my skin. When I was in the west coast particularly LA, I had the best sun-kissed skin and hair ever, but as soon as I got here in the east coast, I was forever battling skin dryness. I swear I almost bought every moisturizer and lotion brand just to keep my skin hydrated but still, I grew small dry bumps in my lower right cheek. They look so awfully bad. But, thanks to my genes as I do not really have acne-prone skin therefore no acne treatment will be needed not even in the near future.
