Brazilian Sweets

I'm not really a big sugar consumer. I can even live without them maybe because, I don't drink coffee and if I drink juice, I want them blunt. But, while taking a break from studying this afternoon, I was curios about this Brazilian Sugar which I read from highseasugar.com. I was not aware that Brazil is a sugar producer and a big one at that. Most of their sugar are purely raw or centrifugal sugar. They have this ICUMSA 45 sugar, the highly refined sparkling white sugar which is used in foodstuffs and can be sold on to Western consumers in its existing state makes up a very small percentage of sugar exported from Brazil. I wonder if what we are using here at home came from Brazil haha. Now, back to studying.
